Autumn Welcome
Stage 1
Go for an Autumnal walk in the forest or local park and take some pictures of something you like, and perhaps share them with the group?

Stage 2
Autumn Treasure Hunt
​
Encourage your child/children to collect a variety of different coloured autumn leaves, and talk about the different colours, Shapes and Textures( Sycamores are particularly nice when they are changing colour) Also see if your child can find any Nuts or seeds
For example Pinecones, Acorns, Conkers and Chestnuts.

Stage 3
Get Crafty
Make a picture or model using any autumn treasures you have found.
Ideas include:
Bonfire pictures
Leaf Rubbings
An Autumn Tree or
A Hedgehog

Alternatively colour in one of the above autumn Pictures. (coming soon)
